The office of DelGatto & Janesch opened in Westchester County in 1978 under the ownership of Joseph DelGatto and Edward R. Janesch, both of whom are now retired. The office is now doing business as DelGatto, Janesch & Prisco, LLC under the sole ownership of Thomas Prisco, a member of DelGatto & Janesch since 1983. Thomas Prisco is licensed by the Board to represent injured workers, and has been doing so since 1991.
A Workers Compensation Licensed Representative is a unique type of professional. We are licensed pursuant to Section 24a of the NYS Workers Compensation Law to appear on behalf of injured workers in all matters and proceedings before the Board.
Our office consists of two Licensed Representatives, Thomas Prisco and Shawnee Rupert, along with a clerical staff available to assist clients daily, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. We act promptly in protecting our clients' interests, and exercise diligence in the preparation and handling of our clients' cases. We are a small office that provides personal and caring service to our clients in an effort to reduce the burden involved with the prosecution and administration of a Workers Compensation claim.
